兆瓦级电池储能电站直流系统故障分析与保护方案设计

摘要:

大容量电池储能电站在电力系统中的应用越来越多,保护配置策略对储能电站及其所在配电网的安全运行十分重要。文中首先介绍了兆瓦级电池储能电站的系统结构、直流侧接线方式及接地方式。然后,以储能电站的直流系统为研究对象,分析极地短路故障和极间短路故障的电气量特点。在此基础上,提出直流系统极间短路、直流接地系统极地短路保护配置以及直流非接地系统接地监控方法。最后,利用PSCAD/EMTDC建立仿真模型,验证保护方案的可靠性及有效性。

Abstract:

With the ever-widening application of large-scale battery energy storage station(BESS)to the power system,protection schemes are becoming increasingly essential to the BESS and the distributed network where it is accessed.This paper describes the structure of megawatt-level BESS,the connection mode and the grounding way first.Then focus is on the DC system of BESS and the characteristics of electrical quantities are analyzed when pole-to-pole fault and pole-to-earth fault occurred in different DC systems.Protection strategies for pole-to-pole fault and pole-to-ground fault in DC system are put forward based on the results of fault analysis.Grounded supervision of non-grounding DC system is also proposed.Finally,the characteristics of the faults and protection strategies are verified by the simulation of PSCAD/EMTDC.
