深圳宝清锂电池储能电站关键技术及系统成套设计方法

摘要:

大容量电池储能是电力系统一种全新的调节手段,可作用于发输变配用各个环节,具有广阔的发展前景。文中依托调峰调频锂离子电池储能电站———深圳宝清电池储能电站(4 MW/16 MW·h),对兆瓦级电池储能系统关键技术进行了系统性、体系化的研究,提出了集成锂离子电池、电池管理系统、能量转换系统和监控系统等大容量储能系统关键设备的成套设计方法。示范工程运行结果表明:储能电站可实现配电网侧削峰填谷、调频、调压、孤岛运行等多种电网应用功能。

Abstract:

Large-capacity battery energy storage technology is an all-new means of power system regulation capable of working in various scenarios of power grid.This paper is concerned with the megawatt scale peak load shifting Li-ion battery energy storage station in Shenzhen,which has been in operation since January 23,2011. The first phase of this project is 4 MW/16 MW·h,the primary function of which is peak load shift while the auxiliary functions are frequency regulation,voltage regulation,back-up power source,black start,etc.Different technical routes are arranged in the field test for comparative research on the battery energy storage system.It is shown by demonstrative engineering operation that the energy storage station is capable of realizing multiple grid functions on the grid side such as peak clipping and valley filling,frequency and voltage regulation,and island operation.
