基于超导磁储能的电力系统机电扰动传播控制

摘要:

基于超导磁储能提出了一种机电扰动传播控制新方法。根据机电波理论,给出了影响机电扰动传播的电力系统机电波特性阻抗;探讨了采用计算或测量求得离散电力系统机电波特性阻抗的方法;提出了超导磁储能机电扰动任意透射系数控制器原理。利用PSS/E电力系统仿真软件,在WECC127母线系统上进行了仿真试验,按照设计要求,扰动被控制在一定区域或实现了所设计透射系数的机电扰动控制,初步证明了超导磁储能机电波扰动控制器的可行性和有效性。

Electromechanical Disturbance Propagation Control of Power Systems Based on SMES

Abstract:

A novel control strategy based on superconducting magnetic energy storage(SMES)to damp electromechanical disturbances is proposed.The electromechanical characteristic impedance which determines the propagation characteristics of electromechanical disturbances is described based on electromechanical wave theory;the electromechanical characteristic impedance is obtained by means of model based calculation and measurements based calculation,respectively.An electromechanical disturbance controller with different transmission coefficients based on SEMS is proposed.The proposed controller is tested on the WECC127-bus system using PSS/E,and the simulation results show that the disturbances will be confined within a certain area as the zero transmission controller or the electromechanical disturbance controller is realized according to the designed transmission coefficient.It is preliminarily proven that the electromechanical wave controller based on SMES is feasible and effective.
