实时发电计划模型及其应用

摘要:

为进一步提高实时发电计划的节能降耗水平,提出了一种实时发电计划模型。该模型对机组出力调整产生的正偏差和负偏差分别进行建模,能对正、负偏差采用不同的分配策略。引入机组偏差调整量的分段调整成本,通过设置不同的调整成本,可以实现不同的控制分配策略。采用某省级电力系统算例对该模型进行测试,算例分析表明:模型能按事先确定的原则将功率偏差公平合理地分配到各机组上,较好地追踪日前计划曲线;节能降耗效果明显;能满足电网安全约束,保证安全断面不越限。

Abstract:

To further save the energy and reduce the system power generation cost, a real-time generation scheduling model is proposed. In this model, different models and different distribution strategies for the positive and negative power deviations generated by unit power output regulation can be adopted. The piecewise regulation cost of unit power regulation is introduced, then the different control and distribution strategies can be realized by setting different regulation costs. An actual provincial power system in China is tested. The results show that the model can adjust the unit power in a rational way according to the planned principle, and well track the day-ahead schedule. The model also satisfies the limit values of network constraints.
