计及源荷不确定性的柔性直流配电网分层协调控制策略

摘要:

首先,对柔性直流配电网的拓扑结构和节点类型进行了阐述。然后,提出了适用于柔性直流配电网的分层协调控制架构。系统级控制采用随机潮流嵌入的带精英策略非支配排序遗传算法,变流器级控制采用多级直流电压裕度控制,源荷设备级控制采用“拟鸡尾酒”源荷功率响应策略以减少端口功率控制误差。最后,在RTDS&dSPACE互联仿真平台上建立了柔性直流配电网仿真模型,通过仿真验证了所提分层协调控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:

Firstly, a typical topology structure and node classification of flexible DC distribution network(FDCDN)are described. Secondly, a hierarchical coordinated control architecture for FDCDN is proposed. The system-level control adopts elite strategy based non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with the embedded probabilistic load flow and the converter-level control uses multi-stage DC voltage margin control. The source-load-level control adopts the “quasi-cocktail” source-load response strategy to minimize the terminal power control error. Finally, a simulation model of FDCDN is established on the RTDS&dSPACE combined simulation platform. The effectiveness of the proposed hierarchical coordinated control strategy is proved by simulation.
