面向新型城镇的能源互联系统规划关键技术研究及展望

摘要:

融合“互联网+”的能源互联系统成为新型城镇背景下能源产业发展的新形态。充分考虑城镇资源禀赋与区域供用能特性,因地制宜合理地规划能源互联方式,对新型城镇能源互联系统由理论转化为实际,实现可持续发展具有重要意义。首先对新型城镇能源互联系统进行简要介绍,提出了能源互联系统的基本架构。其次,介绍了能源站、能源网络以及站-网联合系统的建模方法。基于此,从多能负荷预测开始,介绍了能源站、能源网络以及能源互联系统联合规划模型、求解方法,分析了不同规划理论的区别与联系。最后,对新型城镇能源互联系统可能的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

Energy interconnection system integrating “Internet+” has become a new development form of energy industry under the background of new urbanlization. For transforming the energy interconnection system for new-type towns from theory to reality and achieving sustainable development, it is of great significance to fully consider urban resource endowment & regional energy supply characteristics and a reasonable energy interconnection method according to local conditions. Firstly, the characteristics of the energy interconnection system for new-type towns are introduced and the basic structure of the energy interconnection system is proposed. Secondly, the modeling methods of energy station, energy network and the joint station-network system are described. The joint planning model and solution method of energy station, energy network and interconnection system are introduced from the perspective of multi-energy load forecasting. Differences and connections between different planning theories are analyzed. Finally, the possible development direction of energy interconnection system for new-type towns is forecasted.
