基于统一频率模型的多死区环节对频率振荡影响的分析

摘要:

电力系统频率振荡是近年来最受关注的频率稳定问题之一。调速器死区对于频率振荡的影响不可忽略,但是目前的研究方法仅能分析单一死区环节,缺乏对于多死区系统的分析方法。为了解决上述问题,文中根据描述函数法的原理,定义应用于非线性组合系统的扩展描述函数,能够定量描述含有多个非线性环节系统的输入、输出关系。然后,基于多调速器的统一频率模型,将配置不同死区的水电和火电机组的原动机和调速器等效为单一的扩展描述函数。在复平面上结合扩展描述函数的负倒数随振幅变化的轨迹与发电机的奈奎斯特曲线,分析系统的稳定性。最后,根据 2条曲线出现交点的条件,计算出使系统产生频率振荡的扰动临界振幅。所提方法能够定量反映多个死区环节的幅值对频率振荡的影响,实际电网仿真验证了利用死区配置抑制超低频振荡的有效性。

Unified Frequency Response Model Based Analysis of Multi-deadband Link Influence on Frequency Oscillation

Abstract:

Frequency oscillation in power system is one of the most concerned frequency stability problems in recent years. The influence of governor deadband on frequency oscillation cannot be neglected, however, the current research methods can only analyze single deadband link, which lack analysis methods of the multi-deadband system. To solve this problem, according to the principle of description function method, this paper defines the extended description function, which is applied to nonlinear composite system, the extended description function can quantify the relationship of input and output of a system with multiple nonlinear links. Then, based on the unified frequency model of multiple governors, the turbines and governors of hydro and thermal power units with different deadbands are equivalent to a single extended description function. On the complex plane, trajectories of minus reciprocal for the extended description function changing with amplitude and the Nyquist curves of generators are combined to analyze the system stability. Finally, according to the conditions of intersection of two curves, the critical oscillation amplitude of disturbances to trigger the system frequency oscillation is calculated. The proposed method can quantitatively analyze the influence of multi-deadband link on the frequency oscillation. The simulation of the actual power grid verifies the effectiveness of using deadbands configuration to suppress the ultra-low frequency oscillation.
