基于区块链技术的电力行业碳减排奖惩及碳交易匹配模型

摘要:

电力行业作为中国优先纳入碳交易体系的行业,已成为实现碳减排的重要主体。区块链作为一种新兴的分布式账本技术能够有效解决碳交易体系中的数据安全、运行效率等问题。基于区块链技术,文中在构建电力行业碳交易体系整体框架的基础上,构建了碳配额成本决策模型、碳减排奖惩模型和碳交易匹配模型,并引入减排努力值指标,作为上述3个模型子系统的流程推进与联系桥梁,以实现安全、高效的碳交易。通过算例分析验证了该碳交易体系的有效性,并给出仿真设计,说明采用区块链组织碳交易体系能够节约成本、提高效率、增加效益。

Reward and Penalty Model of Carbon Emission Reduction and Carbon Trading Matching Model for Power Industry Based on Blockchain Technology

Abstract:

As the priority industry brought into the carbon trading system in China, the power industry has become an important subject to achieve carbon emission reduction. As a new distributed ledger technology, the blockchain technology can effectively solve the problems of data security and operation efficiency in the carbon trading system. Based on the blockchain technology, this paper proposes a whole framework of the carbon trading system in the power industry. Based on the framework, this paper constructs the carbon quota cost decision-making model, the reward and penalty model of carbon emission reduction and the carbon trading matching model, to realize safe and efficient carbon trading. The emission reduction effort index is introduced as the process promoter and the link of the above three models. Finally, the effectiveness of the carbon trading system is verified by an example. The simulation design is also given, which shows that the carbon trading system based on blockchain can reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase benefits.
