电网频率扰动下并网变换器系统暂态稳定性分析

摘要:

在弱电网条件下,锁相环固有的非线性特性会对电网扰动条件下并网变换器系统的暂态稳定性产生影响。针对并网逆变器系统中电网频率扰动工况,建立了锁相环输出相角的二阶微分方程。基于非线性动力学多尺度法对模型进行了时域解析求解,并量化分析了电网扰动对锁相环输出相角的影响,进一步给出了暂态稳定边界。针对电网频率、电流以及电网阻抗扰动工况,将所建模型的解析解与其数值解、仿真结果进行了对比,并与传统相图分析方法进行了比较,验证了所提出的锁相环暂态解析模型与解析方法的正确性。通过实验进一步验证了暂态稳定边界的有效性。

Transient Stability Analysis of Grid-connected Converter System Considering Frequency Disturbance of Power Grid

Abstract:

In weak power grids, the inherent nonlinear characteristics of phase-locked loop (PLL) will affect the transient stability of grid-connected converter systems under the condition of power grid disturbances. Aiming at the operation condition of frequency disturbances of power grids in the grid-connected converter system, the second-order differential equation for the output phase angle of PLL is established. Based on the multi-scale method of nonlinear dynamics, the model is analytically solved in time domain, and the influence of power grid disturbances on the output phase angle of PLL is quantitatively analyzed. Furthermore, the transient stability boundary is given. Considering the operation conditions of the grid frequency, current and impedance disturbances, the analytical solutions of the established model are compared with the numerical solutions and simulation results, and the analytical analysis method is also compared with the traditional phase-diagram analysis method, which verify the correctness of the proposed transient analytical model of PLL and the analytical method. The effectiveness of the transient stability boundary is further verified by experiments.
