      考虑分布式电源出力与负荷不确定性时,主动配电网可接入的分布式电源容量评估问题一般建为一个机会约束优化模型,而传统采用Monte Carlo仿真的求解方法效率低下。本文采用多参数规划算法改进传统的多场景优化方法,对不确定参量的变化进行分析,得到优化结果与不确定参量间的分段线性函数解集,使得传统方法对每个场景的优化问题转化为参量对应的线性函数解集检索与简单计算,从而实现了高效计算。最后,文章通过IEEE 33节点标准算例验证了算法的正确性和有效性,计算效率可达传统方法的十倍以上。
Abstract:
      The distributed generation (DG) capacity assessment problem, considering the uncertainties of DGs output and load demand, can be formulated as a chance constrained optimization model. However, a general chance constrained model only can be solved by Monte Carlo simulation in which multi-scenarios are considered and very time consuming. This paper proposes a multiparametric programming based method to solve such problem. In this method, the optimal objective is reformulated as sectionalized linear functions of uncertain parameters. For each scenario with different realization of uncertain parameters, the final solution can be easily calculated according to the sectionalized linear function set instead of solving a whole optimization problem. The proposed method is tested in IEEE-33bus system, and its performance significantly outperform the conventional method.
