摘要:
      提出一种基于数据驱动的风电场有功功率分配算法。首先,采集不同风速下风电机组转速和桨距角数据,利用TS(Takagi-Sugeno)模糊模型和变异系数法评价变速系统和变桨系统参与功率调节的相对权重系数,确定机组的功率调节能力。完成基于机组调节能力的风电场有功功率分配。最终在MATLAB仿真平台上完成含有10台风电机组的风电场有功功率分配。仿真结果表明,与按风速权重有功功率分配算法相比,文中分配算法的风电场有功功率波动小,风电机组的转速和桨距角变化较为平滑,且高风速机组的载荷小。
Abstract:
      A wind farm active power dispatching algorithm was proposed, which based on data-driven algorithm. Firstly, the data of rotational speed and pitch angle was obtained at different wind speed. The relative weighting coefficient of variable speed system and pitch system was evaluated by the coefficient of variance method and TS fuzzy model at full-range wind speed, and got the adjustment capability. The active power dispatching algorithm based on the adjustment capability of wind turbine. Lastly, the active power dispatching algorithm of wind farm with 10 wind turbines was completed in MATLAB. The simulation results show that, comparing with the wind speed weighting dispatching algorithm, the wind farm active power fluctuation was smaller, the amplitude of variable speed system and pitch system is smaller, and the load of high speed wind turbine was smaller.
