摘要:
      针对目前操作防误系统存在的设计隐患及操作流程中隐含的操作安全问题,提出了一套安全操作的约束检查机制,并根据系统状态实时性、防误范围全网性、操作流程控制全程性、智能校验全面性、功能可扩展性、用户需求可自定义性的要求,建立了一套实用系统。
Abstract:
      Based on an analysis of hidden dangers and security problems existing in current anti-misoperation system design and operation flow, a restraint mechanism is proposed. An anti-misoperation system is developed and applied in practice, which considered many requirements such as real time of the system state, anti-misoperation for the whole grid, integrated control of the operation flow, whole intelligent check, extendable ability, self-define function of the customer requirement and so on.
