摘要:
      大量家用电动汽车集中时段充电,给区域配电网带来较大的压力。为了在满足充电负荷需求的情况下,减少对配电网的影响,需要开展有序充电。文中建立了变电站-小区充电桩接入控制模式,通过对小区电动汽车充电行为的分析,提出了两阶段优化调度策略。首先,在满足电动汽车充电负荷需求的约束条件下,提出以变电站侧负荷水平均衡为目标的区域充电桩接入控制策略,获得区域充电桩整体分时段接入量;而后以各传输线路负载均衡为目标,优化得到各小区分时段接入的电动汽车数量。针对某变电站供电区域内、不同渗透比例下的电动汽车充电进行了优化调度仿真,研究了不同运行方式下充电负荷对电网负荷峰谷差和运行参数的影响,结果表明所建模型正确,并通过分析给出了配电网改造的建议。
Abstract:
      Large numbers of private electric vehicles(EVs)will connect to the charging pile for battery charging in a centralized period,thus bringing a high load pressure on the local distribution network.To reduce the impact while satisfying the total charging demand,coordinated charging should be carried out.A substation-area charging pile access control mode is proposed,and a two-stage dispatch strategy is provided through an analysis of the charging pattern of private EVs in the residential area.First,a charging pile accessing strategy is proposed with meeting the total charging demand as the constraint and the distribution transformer capacity balancing the substation load as the objective.Second,a distributed strategy objective to balance the line load rate is proposed and the best dispatch scheme of charging pile in each residential quarter is achieved.The optimized dispatch model is simulated under different scenarios in the substation area,and the peak-valley and grid parameters of different operation modes are researched.Results show that the dispatch strategy is rational and effective,and suggestions for the distribution network reconstruction are provided.
