摘要:
      随着相量测量单元/广域测量系统技术的广泛应用,基于实际响应的安全稳定控制技术成为研究热点。文中首先分析了振荡中心电压与系统暂态稳定性的关系,进而提出一种基于受扰电压轨迹的暂态失稳实时判别方法。根据扰动后电压轨迹进行复合积分运算,由系统振荡中心的电压映射区域发电机群的相对运动信息,实时量化评估全网的暂态稳定性。与基于扰动后功角轨迹的判别技术不同,所提方法无需进行发电机快速分群,不需要计算系统惯量中心,可用于功角多摆稳定性评估,具备计算量小、容错性高的特点。
Abstract:
      With the wide application of the phasor measuring unit(PMU)/wide area measurement system(WAMS),the security and stability technology based on actual response has become a research hotspot.This paper first analyzes the relationship between the voltage at the oscillation center and the transient stability of the power system,and then presents a real-time detection method for transient instability based on the perturbed voltage trajectories.According to the voltage trajectories after perturbation,compound integration calculation is carried out.The voltage at the oscillation center of the system mapping the relative movement information of generator groups is used to quantitatively assess the transient stability of the whole network.Different from the detection methods based on power angle trajectories,the proposed method can be applied to multi-swing stability analysis characterized by small calculation amount,good fault tolerance and without quick division of the generators into groups and the inertia computing center of the system.
