摘要:
      针对当前广泛应用的静止无功补偿型直流融冰装置存在的体积大、结构复杂、谐波污染和功能切换繁琐等问题,提出了一种采用全桥模块化多电平变流器的新型直流融冰方案。该方案将链式静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)的动态无功补偿能力和半桥模块化多电平变流器(MMC)的四象限运行能力结合在一起,同时输出直流电压,可宽范围连续调节,能够很好地满足直流融冰装置的应用需求,并有效避免上述问题。结合全桥模块化多电平变流器的结构特点,提出了兼顾直流融冰和无功补偿功能的控制方法,并通过数字仿真验证了所提技术方案和控制方法的有效性。
Abstract:
      In view of the problems such as huge bulk,harmonic pollution,and complicated switching with the currently widely used ice-melting equipment based on the state var compensator(SVC),a new design based on the modular multilevel cascade converter is proposed.The double-star bridge-cells modular multilevel cascade converter(DSBC-MMC)discussed in this paper is a combination of H-bridge static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)and half bridge modular multilevel converter(MMC),which can be used as a reactive power compensator and high voltage DC source.Thus it is suitable for DC ice-melting application.A control method which takes into account both the DC ice-melting and reactive power compensation is proposed.The simulation performed has verified the effectiveness of the solution and control method proposed.
