摘要:
      近年来,中国高压直流输电技术的快速发展,为中国跨区消纳新能源电力提供了有效手段。在研究新能源出力特性基础上,基于相关系数法研究了高压直流送端电网新能源和受端电网负荷之间的相关性,在保证直流联络线日交易电量不变的前提下,建立了直流有功功率修正量数学模型,考虑了直流功率调整的各种约束条件,提出计及送受端新能源和负荷相关性的高压直流功率修正方法,以促进新能源消纳并提高直流输电通道利用率。并基于某在运跨区高压直流送受端电网的实际调度运行数据开展算例分析,验证所提方法的有效性。
Abstract:
      Recently, high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission technology in China develops rapidly, which provides an effective method for the accommodation of large-range and cross-region new energy. Based on the characteristics of new energy output, this paper analyzes the correlation of new energy and loads between sending and receiving ends by using correlation coefficient method. On the premise of constant tie-line daily transaction energy limit, a mathematical model of HVDC power correction is developed with various constraint conditions of tie-line power adjustment. Then, a correction method for HVDC transmission plan considering the correlation is proposed, which promotes new energy accommodation level and improves utilization of HVDC system as well. By taking a HVDC system as an example, the analysis results of practical scheduling data from sending and receiving end power grid demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed correction method.
