为了提高大功率缺失下抽水蓄能机组参与故障恢复的能力,提出了抽水蓄能机组分阶段有功控制方法。首先,基于抽水蓄能电站运行特点,构建了抽水蓄能机组参与有功控制的数学模型;其次,为满足大功率缺失下断面和频率的控制需求,提出了考虑机组安全运行约束的抽水蓄能机组分阶段有功控制方法;最后,结合在特高压受端省级电网的应用实践,验证了所述方法在大功率缺失下提升抽水蓄能机组响应能力的有效性。 |
Abstract: |
In order to enhance the ability of the pumped storage unit to participate in the fault recovery under high-power loss, a multi-stage active power control method of pumped storage unit is proposed. Firstly, a mathematical model for pumped storage unit participating in active power control is developed based on the operational characteristics. Secondly, in order to meet the control requirements of the section and frequency under high-power loss, a multi-stage active power control method of pumped storage unit considering the safe operation constraints of the units is proposed. Finally, based on the practical operation strategies of the provincial ultra high voltage (UHV) receiving-end power grid, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. |
