摘要:
      高比例可再生能源并网是未来电力系统的发展趋势,输电网规划方案综合评价应该契合高比例可再生能源并网的新特点。首先介绍了输电网规划方案综合评价的基本要素和评价流程,并从评价指标体系和综合评价方法两个角度对现有的电网规划评价相关研究进行了综述。然后从可再生能源的强不确定性、可再生能源消纳压力、高度电力电子化与交直流混联等三个方面分析了高比例可再生能源并网对输电网规划评价与决策的影响。在此基础上,从评价对象、评价指标、评价方法以及评价结果的应用等四个维度对未来面向高比例可再生能源并网的输电网规划方案综合评价研究进行了展望。
Abstract:
      Integrating high-penetration renewable energy is the development trend of future power systems. The comprehensive evaluation of transmission network planning should adapt to the new features of integration of high-penetration renewable energy. This paper introduces the key factors and main procedures of comprehensive evaluation of transmission network planning. An overview of current studies on the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation methods is presented. The impacts of integration of high-penetration renewable energy on the comprehensive evaluation of transmission network planning are analyzed in detail including the strong uncertainty resulting from renewable energy, accommodation of renewable energy, mass integration of power electronic devices and AC/DC hybrid power network. On this basis, the future research prospects of comprehensive evaluation of transmission network planning towards integration of high-penetration renewable energy are proposed from the following four aspects: evaluation objects, evaluation index, evaluation method and applications of evaluation results.
