摘要:
      清洁能源基地的高压直流外送计划较少考虑受端电网的用电需求,随着外送规模的不断扩大,给受端电网带来较大的安全稳定运行压力。为此,文中提出了一种考虑条件控制断面的跨区特高压直流发输电系统与受端电网系统联合优化的发电计划模型。建立了特高压直流功率的步长调整模型,其满足了高压直流联络线运行的各项要求,充分发挥了高压直流联络线可灵活调节的特点,提高了直流联络线计划的可执行性。另一方面,建立送端梯级水电站联合调度模型来满足水电机组振动区特性等各项运行约束,并保证清洁水电资源的优先发电与水电计划的工程实用性。更进一步,建立条件控制断面模型,其能有效处理断面限值与机组开机台数耦合的问题,保证直流功率相关断面的安全稳定运行。基于国内某跨区互联电网系统的实际数据,验证了该模型的有效性,所提方法可促进清洁能源跨区大范围消纳,降低大电网供电成本,并缓解受端电网安全稳定运行压力。
Abstract:
      The high-voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission schedule for clean energy base rarely considers the demand of receiving grid. With the expansion of scale of outward delivery, it brings great pressure to the receiving grid for the safe and stable operation. So, a generation scheduling model of inter-regional HVDC generation and transmission system considering conditional section combined with receiving end is proposed. A step power adjustment model for the HVDC power is built to satisfy various constraints on HVDC tie-line, make full use of the flexible characteristics of HVDC tie-line and improve the executability of HVDC tie-line scheduling. On the other side, the joint dispatching model of cascaded hydropower plants in sending end is established to meet the operation constraints of vibrational region for hydropower units, and to ensure the priority of clean hydropower resources and the engineering practicability of the hydropower schedule. Furthermore, the model of conditional control section is established, which can effectively deal with the coupling problem between the power limits of section and the number of running units, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of related sections. Based on the actual data of an inter-regional interconnected power grid, the validity of the model is verified. The proposed method can promote the accommodation of inter-regional clean energy, reduce the supply cost of large power system, and alleviate the pressure of safe and stable operation in the receiving system.
