摘要:
      为了抑制大规模可再生能源的并网波动,提出一种适用于含抽水蓄能电站与可再生能源发电系统的多端柔性直流输电协同运行策略。该策略根据多端柔性直流输电系统的直流电压波动情况,在可再生能源发电系统利用直流输电系统并网之前,通过调整抽水蓄能机组的运行速率以及计划输出功率,减少其实际出力与预测出力偏差,从而降低可再生能源输出功率波动对交流系统带来的影响。通过建立由互联抽水蓄能电站、风力发电场、光伏发电站和交流电网组成的四端柔性直流输电系统进行仿真,验证了所提控制策略的有效性。
Abstract:
      In order to suppress power fluctuation of renewable energy integration, a coordinated operation control strategy of multi-terminal DC transmission based on voltage source converter(VSC-MTDC)is proposed which is suitable for pumped storage station and renewable energy generation system. The strategy can adjust the operation speed and schedule power output of pumped storage based on the DC voltage fluctuation of VSC-MTDC system before the integration of renewable energy generation system by DC transmission system, so that the deviation between the forecasted output and actual output is decreased. The impact of power fluctuation for renewable energy output on AC system is reduced. A four terminal VSC-MTDC system composed of pumped storage station, wind farm, photovoltaic station and AC grid is built for simulation. The results verify the efficiency of proposed control strategy.
