    Abstract:

    Objective To establish the finite element model of 3D reconstruction for cerebral aneurysm to provide the basic analysis with hemodynamic mechanism in rupture of cerebral aneurysm.M ethod According to clinical CT scanning data, 3D cerebral aneurysm is reconstructed with integrating MIMICS 8.1 digital medical image management software and the result document was transferred to ANSYS software to computerize the hemodynamic parameter.s Results Finite element model of cerebral aneurysm, which can be applied to simulate hemodynamics in cerebral aneurysm, is presented. Conclusions This model has not only digital but also individual properties, and can be used to calculate the hemodynamic property in cerebral aneurysm and help to analyze its rupture mechanism.
